    Description

    Charlie Gilmur is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist on behalf of a well-known client. This is a great opportunity to join a reputable organization and contribute to a high-performing finance team. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting month-end close activities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Process high-volume invoices and ensure proper coding and approvals

    + Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

    + Assist with month-end accruals and reporting

    Requirements

    + 2+ years AP experience

    + Strong attention to detail

    + Proficient in Excel and accounting software

    + Excellent communication skills

    + Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
