    Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.

     

    • Certification in CPA or eligibility for CPA track is preferred.

    • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with a focus on real estate taxation.

    • Proficiency in preparing individual and corporate tax returns.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex tax scenarios.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective client interaction.

    • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

    • Familiarity with 1031 exchanges and real estate tax regulations is highly desirable.
