Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to join our team in Stafford, Texas. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring the seamless operation of warehouse activities, inventory management, and material readiness. This position requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to logistics and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and assess incoming materials, ensuring proper disposition based on organizational guidelines.

• Coordinate pre-kitting operations by determining material and personnel requirements aligned with production schedules.

• Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate electronic inventory records.

• Monitor stock levels, identify replenishment needs, and place orders through Procurement.

• Manage Kanban systems to support efficient laboratory operations.

• Maintain accurate receiving logs by following established work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Perform picking and kitting tasks to prepare materials for production or shipment.

• Ensure materials are stored according to specific storage condition requirements.

• Provide shipping and receiving support for internal customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

• Safely operate equipment, such as pallet jacks and carts, to transport materials to designated storage areas. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory management.

• Proficiency in logistics systems such as SAP, Oracle, Oracle PeopleSoft, or JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.

• Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and supply chain management.

• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes within a warehouse environment.

• Ability to adhere to regulatory standards and organizational guidance documents.

• Experience managing Kanban systems and pre-kitting operations is preferred.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and carts. TalentMatch®
