About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with firm leadership and play a key role in guiding the direction of the practice. You’ll oversee tax engagements, deepen client relationships, and help support continued growth — all with a clear path to partnership.

Responsibilities:

+ Manage preparation and review of individual, fiduciary, and business tax returns

+ Develop and implement effective tax strategies and planning for clients

+ Conduct tax research and provide recommendations

+ Serve as a trusted advisor to clients with a high level of personalized service

+ Proactively strengthen client relationships through ongoing communication

+ Mentor staff and contribute to a positive team culture

What We’re Looking For:

+ Extensive public accounting or equivalent tax planning & preparation experience

+ Demonstrated leadership skills and a strong interest in future partnership

+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

+ High attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CCH Axcess and QuickBooks is a plus

+ CPA designation preferred, or EA

+ Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in accounting, finance, or a related field

Requirements

• 5+ years Tax experience

• CPA preferred, open to Enrolled Agent

• Proficiency in handling s-corp and partnership tax filings.

• Experience in preparing estate and trust tax returns

• Proficiency in handling s-corp and partnership tax filings.

• Strong knowledge of individual tax return preparation.

• Familiarity with current tax laws and regulations.

• Effective communication skills for client and team interactions.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
