    Our Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products division (SI EP) bridges the physical and digital worlds for energy systems, buildings, and industries, while enhancing energy efficiency and sustainability to improve the ways people live and work. Our portfolio of power distribution and power management solutions enables customers to safely convert large blocks of electrical power into smaller, usable units, while providing tools to monitor, control, and optimize energy usage.

     

    We are looking for engineering graduates to join the **SI EP Engineering Leadership Development Program (https://assets.new.siemens.com/siemens/assets/api/uuid:0155956d-9c54-4e2f-810d-6a8ca46464a6/Smart-Infrastructure-Engineering-Leadership-Development-Program.pdf)** , a two-year journey designed to accelerate your growth through four six-month rotations across our SI EP business and its sites. **Rotation locations include Peachtree Corners, GA; Tucker, GA; Grand Prairie, TX; Hingham, MA; Juarez, Mexico; Roebuck, SC; Monterrey, Mexico; Broken Arrow, OK; and Bellefontaine, OH.**

     

    Beyond offering a remarkable opportunity to launch a successful engineering career at Siemens, this program delivers structured experiences that build technical proficiencies, define your career growth “north star”, cultivate a strong network of colleagues across departments and business units, hone leadership skills, and receive mentorship with exposure to senior leaders. Upon completion of the program, you may transition into roles such as product development engineer, product manager, applications engineer, or software/hardware engineer.

    You'll make an impact by:

    + Developing new products, technologies, and applications for low-voltage controls and power distribution systems

    + Participating in four, six-month rotational assignments to gain hands-on experience across key engineering functions - including design control, research, application engineering, manufacturing, and software/hardware development

    + Applying strategic problem-solving to tackle complex engineering challenges, discovering the most effective and efficient solutions

    + Championing innovation by introducing fresh ideas while actively collaborating across teams and using shared their insights in a way that drives individual contributions and drives collective success

    You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:

    Basic Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering, and graduating no earlier than May 2025 and no later than June 2026

    + Available to begin full-time employment in July 2026

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey strategic and technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences

    + Strong capacity for leadership and highly collaborative as exhibited in campus and/or community roles

    + Growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning new technical skills and cross-functional experiences in areas such as programming, design simulation, data analytics, machine learning, business development, and customer engagement strategies

    + Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving frameworks

    + Must be willing and able to relocate domestically and/or internationally for each rotation (relocation assistance is provided if relocating more than 50 miles from your permanent address) and travel as required by the program

    + Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience with electrical power distribution/power management technology or technology related to energy systems or the smart grid

    + Preferred GPA: 3.0 or higher
