    **Commercial Real Estate (CRE** ) provides a fully integrated platform of banking, financing, and capital markets solutions to commercial real estate clients including financial sponsors, institutional investors and asset managers, regional developers, and public and private corporations.

     

    Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Tax Credit Asset Manager (Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager) within the Corporate & Investment Bank focusing on affordable housing in underserved communities.

    In this role, you will:

    + Participate in review, research, and reporting of property performance

    + Identify opportunities for process improvements within scope of responsibilities or functional area

    + Review and research basic operational assignments that require evaluation and selection of alternatives

    + Exercise independent judgment to guide medium risk deliverables

    + Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

    + Collaborate and consult with Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Management colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders, including internal as well as external customers

    Required Qualifications:

    + 2+ years of Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

    Desired Qualifications:

    + Experience with the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) industry or Commercial Real Estate industry with one or more of the following functional roles: Real Estate Underwriting, Portfolio Management, Asset Management, Tax Credits, Real Estate Workouts, Financial Analysis, Accounting

    + Ability to review tax returns and/or audits for low-income real estate partnerships

    + Ability to analyze and interpret complex legal documents, including commercial real estate loan agreements and partnership contracts

    + Client-focused with proven experience in analyzing customer needs and delivering effective solutions

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    + Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

    + Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

    + Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems

    + Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience

    + Project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently

    Job Expectations:

    + Ability to travel as needed

    + Willingness to work on-site in accordance with current office requirements

    + Ability to work additional hours as needed

    This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check.     Pay Range

     

    Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

     

    $85,000.00 - $145,000.00
