    Job Title: Recruiter

    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles simultaneously, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates

    + Source candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.

    + Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

    + Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruiting support

    + Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

    + Track and report on recruiting metrics and KPIs.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

    + Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.23 - $19.23/hr.
