Multiple Shifts Available: We have a Full Time, Part Time, Day or NOC shifts available of 12 hour shifts (6-6) available for a nurse seeking a career. The purpose of the Nurse position is to serve as a member of a multi-disciplinary care team facilitating quality care, guided by residents’ individualized service plans, Facility policies and procedures, and State and Federal guidelines.

Qualifications: ? Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, RN or LPN ? Current licensure as an Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN or Registered Nurse / RN in the State of Montana ? One (1) year experience as a nurse, RN or LPN ? Be familiar with or be willing to learn about State and Federal guidelines pertaining to long-term care ? Maintain a current comprehensive knowledge of nursing theory and practice ? Completion of 24 continuing education credits in 2-year period of licensure, as required by the State of Montana

Specific Duties ? Follow physicians’ orders, treatments, and resident service plan approaches. ? Carry out duties assigned by the Director of Nursing &/or Unit Resident Care Manager ? Administer medications and treatments. ? Complete medical and behavioral observations as required. ? Work and coordinate with all team members to meet resident’s needs. Assist other staff assisting residents, as needed. ? Work independently, while prioritizing duties and responsibilities, taking on additional assignments, maintaining accuracy and timeliness with documentation, and demonstrating the ability to problem solve. ? Respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints from others. ? Perform other duties as assigned.
