Job Description
+ Lead and manage AI-related initiatives within the Facilities and Operational Technology space.
+ Oversee full lifecycle program management—from concept and discovery through implementation and post-launch support.
+ Collaborate with teams managing systems such as computer access control, badging, and other facility-related technologies.
+ Facilitate meetings with stakeholders across departments, including the badging team, IT, and Facilities.
+ Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, including the C-suite, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
+ Develop, refine, and present executive-level decks in PowerPoint; ensure clarity, polish, and strategic messaging.
+ Support directors and senior leaders in preparing presentations and securing buy-in for initiatives.
+ Analyze data and create reports using Excel to support decision-making and program tracking.
+ Stay informed and curious about emerging AI technologies and their potential applications in healthcare operations.

REQUIRED Skills & Qualifications
+ Full Lifecycle Program Management: Experience managing projects from discovery and planning through execution, delivery, and post-implementation support.
+ Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including Facilities, Operational Technology, and IT.
+ Executive Presence: Comfortable interacting with C-suite and senior leadership; able to influence and gain buy-in.
+ Meeting Facilitation: Skilled in leading productive meetings, driving decisions, and aligning stakeholders.
+ AI Awareness: Interest in AI technologies and their potential applications in healthcare operations (even if not hands-on programming).
+ PowerPoint Expertise: Ability to create, refine, and present executive-level decks; polish and structure messaging for leadership.
+ Excel Proficiency: Comfortable using Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking.
+ Clear Written & Verbal Communication: Able to convey complex ideas simply and effectively.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00/hr.
