Job Description:

We are seeking a well-rounded Systems Engineer to support enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, and automation initiatives. This role involves maintaining system performance, supporting integrations, and collaborating across teams to ensure secure and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Administer and maintain enterprise systems and cloud-based platforms.

+ Develop and maintain scripts or tools to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency.

+ Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance improvements.

+ Manage user access, permissions, and system configurations.

+ Support data integrations and reporting across platforms.

+ Collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams to uphold security standards.

+ Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and new feature implementations.

+ Provide Tier 3 support for escalated technical issues.

+ Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

+ 3–5+ years of experience in systems engineering or administration.

+ Experience with scripting or automation tools.

+ Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and infrastructure.

+ Familiarity with cloud platforms and identity/access management.

+ Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.

+ Strong communication and documentation abilities.

+ Experience in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, finance, government) is a plus.

Experience Level:

Mid to Senior -level (3–7+ years preferred). Open to candidates with strong foundational skills and a desire to grow.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
