    In this role you will manage portions of the category PL and develop plans that drive revenue and margin improvements for the business. You will work with internal teams to research and resolve customer or seller issues and build foundational SOPs to streamline and automate communication. You will use data and visualizations to analyze the Resale business and summarize insights in support of weekly and monthly business reviews.

    Basic qualifications

    - 3 years of retail operations product or program management or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience

    - Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics Economics Supply Chain Management or related field

    - Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level e.g. pivot tables charts multiple criteria lookups nested logical/IF formulas data cleansing array formulas etc.

     

    - Familiarity with data visualization tools e.g. Tableau Power BI

     

    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Preferred qualifications

    - Academic projects or internship experience in data analysis supply chain or procurement

     

    - Experience with financial analysis

     

    - Experience with SQL

     

    - Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams

     

    - Knowledge of reverse logistics or recommerce operations

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $36.00/hr.
