Key Responsibilities

+ Team Leadership: Manage a team handling frontline insurance operations across multiple product lines including life, variable, LTC, and disability.

+ Case Management Oversight: Ensure all cases submitted via Salesforce are processed efficiently and within SLA timelines.

+ Advisor Support: Partner with advisors to ensure accurate case entry and documentation, maintaining compliance with books and records standards.

+ Escalation Handling: Resolve complex issues and escalations, particularly those involving challenging insurance carrier interactions.

+ Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in workflows, documentation accuracy, and advisor experience.

+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless case progression and resolution.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Bachelors in Finance a plus

+ Must have LIFE and Health Insurance license

+ 5 + years of insurance experience

+ 2-3 years of management experience

+ Frontline Management Experience

+ Flexibility/Adaptability

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
