    Preferred Qualifications:

    - Three years of experience in managing project managers overseeing locking controls and/or security electronics projects.

     

    - Five years of experience in the maintenance or installation of locking control systems, locks, security electronics equipment, and CCTV systems.

     

    - Five years of experience managing project and maintaining and inventory of parts for repairs of various locks.

     

    - Knowledge of state purchasing rules and regulations.

     

    Comments/ Notes: - This position is based out of SOSTC - Lies Hall in Monroe County/Forsyth Georgia. - This position will spend a minimum of 50 percent of the work week in the office, but it could be more depending on the workload, meetings, or special projects. - Long day trips or overnight travel may be required.

    Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration, or a related field which includes three (3) years in a managerial or supervisory role; or seven (7) years of related professional experience which includes three (3) years in a managerial or supervisory role; or three (3) years of experience required at the lower level Mgr, Business Ops (GSM010) or position equivalent. Note: An equivalent combination of knowledge, education, job or intern experience, training, or certifications that provides the necessary knowledge and skills to successfully perform the job at the level listed may be substituted year-over-year.
