As a **Product Management Specialist** in MSAI Copilot Experiences, you’ll drive innovation at the intersection of customer needs and cutting-edge technology. Help us re-envision how work gets done using new technology, combining a deep understanding of customer needs with rapid product experimentation and data analysis.
We are looking for candidates with experience in building and delivering AI product value to customers. A/B experimentation is central to our approach, enabling rapid, data-driven iteration and ensuring that every new feature delivers measurable impact. The ideal candidate is obsessed with customer feedback, has experience developing AI features, and is comfortable with end-to-end ownership for new and innovative features.
This role requires you to be onsite 3 days a week in Microsoft's offices in Redmond, WA.

Responsibilities
+ Drive Product Innovation: Lead the development of AI features that redefine how business-critical tasks are accomplished. You’ll own the roadmap for multiple product features, leading them from ideation to launch and beyond.
+ Champion Customer Needs: Engage directly with customers, analyze feedback, and use data-driven insights to validate hypotheses and prioritize features that deliver measurable impact.
+ Experiment & Iterate Rapidly: Design and execute A/B experiments to test new ideas, learn quickly, and ensure every feature delivers value. Embrace a culture of continuous improvement.
+ Collaborate Across Teams: Influence partners and stakeholders across divisions to drive business impact, create datasets for evaluation and scenario walkthroughs.
+ Lead End-to-End Delivery: Drive the full stack of feature development, from customer research and technical implementation to experimentation, measurement, and post-launch analysis.
+ Scale Marketing & Support: Build go-to-market and rollout plans, lead the creation of customer support resources, and promote your feature areas at major events.
+ Foster Trust & Community: Manage customer communities, identify features to deprecate, and build lasting relationships with targeted customers across sectors.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 5+ years experience with A/B experimentation and rapid, data-driven iteration.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
+ **Microsoft Cloud Background Check:** This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experienced delivering AI product innovation to customers.
+ Customer obsession and ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights.
+ Comfortable with end-to-end ownership for new and innovative features.
+ Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Product Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $163,000 - $296,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $220,800 - $331,200 per year.
