    Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift, Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

    Job Responsibilities

    + Operate and maintain fabrication machinery to produce flawless products

    + Flexibility to perform work where ever needed

    + Follow established procedures and safety guidelines to ensure optimal performance

    + Perform quality checks to determine and ensure product specifications are met

    + Collaborate with team members to successfully implement process improvements

    + Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to minimize downtime

    + Maintain accurate production records and reports

    Requirements

    + Experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment

    + Ability to read and understand technical blueprints and specifications

    + Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality work

    + Ability to learn how to read measuring tools such as calipers, protractors, measuring tape, etc.

    + Outstanding problem-solving capabilities and skill to operate within a motivated team

    + Capability to operate during the 2nd shift hours (2:00pm to 10:30pm and some manditory overtime during the week and on Saturdays)

    + Physical stamina and strength to lift up to 35lbs and stand for long periods
