Ability to independently break a problem into its component parts and develop a methodical approach to finding a solution. Specific to the GSC GF2A Project Assistant Manager:
Able to structure complex issues, crunch massive data, intake + organize complicated insights from multiple sources
Thinks critically to challenge status quo and come up with innovative solutions
**PROJECT MANAGEMENT** :
Ability to build and execute a plan to solve the problem, including: project timeline, identifying/ managing interdependencies, identifying key owners and stakeholders, managing budget and vendors. Specific to the GSC GF2A Project Assistant Manager:
Drive project forward on day-to-day basis, ensuring deliverables are being planned for and met with excellence in execution and follow-through
Flags risks/ delays appropriately
COMMUNICATION:
Strong written and verbal communication to effectively share the solutions and recommendation using storytelling, slide writing, persuasion, Specific to the GSC GF2A Project Assistant Manager:
Communicate regularly with team and stakeholders and communicate with impact and executive presence
Follows up regularly to demonstrate concern, model follow-through and communicate/ determine progress

Qualifications
• BA/BS degree
• Excellent MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and as an individual contributor
• Past experience with business analytics, tech deployment and AI are a plus
