**Northrop Grumman** is currently seeking a **Principal Facilities Representative Level 3 or Senior Principal Facilities Representative Level 4** to support our Facility Engineering team **on site** at our **Iuka, Mississippi** location.
Responsibilities:
The candidate will be an integral part of the Facilities Engineering team and have a wide variety of roles and responsibilities. These responsibilities can include working closely with the facility engineers to coordinate contractors supporting capital projects, submitting and tracking purchase requisitions, scheduling work in the buildings, and tracking invoices.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced work environment with diverse assignments. Our team is highly collaborative, working in team settings across all levels and subject areas including operations, engineering, supply chain, and mission assurance. We enjoy working in a production environment and being hands-on to solve problems that influence company performance.
Job Duties:
+ Purchase requisition tracking
+ Contractor scheduling
+ Developing, measuring, and maintaining the department metrics
+ Project planning support
+ Tracking of estimate requests and capital requests
+ Permitting, safety requirements and oversight for contract safety and labor
+ Attending various daily meetings
+ Oversight and management of campus space planning/seating (Archibus, Agilquest, etc.)
+ Execute and track purchase card expenditures
+ Presenting metrics during department meetings
+ This is not a remote/work from home position
_This role may be filled at the Principal Facilities Representative Level 3 or Senior Principal Facilities Representative Level 4 based on the Qualifications below._
B** **asic Qualifications for** **Principal Facilities Representative Level 3:
+ Bachelor's and 5 years of related work experience or Masters Degree and 3 years related work experience; NOTE: An additional 3 years of applicable work experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor’s degree
+ Must have the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
+ Must have experience collaborating with workers, contractors, management, and customers to meet project requirements.
+ Must have ability to work with little or no supervision.
B** **asic Qualifications for Senior** **Principal Facilities Representative Level 4:
+ Bachelor's and 8 years of related work experience or Masters Degree and 6 years related work experience; NOTE: An additional 3 years of applicable work experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor’s degree
+ Must have the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
+ Must have experience collaborating with workers, contractors, management, and customers to meet project requirements.
+ Must have ability to work with little or no supervision.
Preferred Qualifications** **:
+ Active DoD Secret/TS Clearance
+ Excellent time management and organizational skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Excellent interpersonal skills, must be able to positively interact with workers, contractors, management, and customers
+ Experience in Construction and Project planning
+ Experience with Archibus/Integrated workplace management software
+ Experience with AutoCAD/Revit modeling
+ Experience with MS SharePoint
+ Experience with SAP
+ Strong MS skills including MS Project
+ Experience with budget tracking using MS Excel or similar software
+ Detail oriented and able to understand facility and team goals
+ Familiarity with multiple construction disciplines
+ Ability to read drawings, schematics, and interpret details
+ Experience in permitting processes, demolition, hazard abatement

Primary Level Salary Range: $74,600.00 - $111,800.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $92,900.00 - $139,300.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
