What You'll Do

+ Transport patients safely and provide assistance during exams

+ Support technologists with patient prep, positioning, and exam flow

+ Assist with IV placement, specimen transport, and procedure tray setup

+ Follow strict MRI and radiation safety protocols

+ Accurately schedule and document exams, patient histories, and physician orders in the Radiology Information System (RIS)

+ Educate patients pre- and post-procedure to ensure comfort and understanding

+ Completion of High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ Requires Clerical and computer experience.

+ Requires Communication and interpersonal skills.Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

+ CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire

+ Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

+ Act 34
