    Role Overview

     

    We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Utility Worker to join our team. This hands-on role supports the operational needs of our facility by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with equipment setup, and performing routine maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, physically capable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative work environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and facilities.

    + Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment for operational processes.

    + Monitor and inspect systems for issues and report findings.

    + Support team members in daily tasks to improve operational efficiency.

    + Follow safety protocols and participate in training sessions.

    + Maintain landscaping, lighting, and basic plumbing or HVAC systems.

    + Keep accurate records of completed work orders.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, standing, bending).

    + Basic mechanical aptitude.

    + Experience with landscaping and willingness to work in outdoor environments

    Preferred:

    + Previous experience in a utility or maintenance role.

    + Familiarity with safety regulations and mechanical systems.

    + Forklift certification or ability to operate maintenance tools.

    + Strong attention to detail.

    + Effective communication and teamwork.

    + Ability to multitask and prioritize.

    + Basic computer skills for work order tracking.
