As an **Advanced Application Engineer** here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise and support to our customers and sales engineers. You will be responsible for coordinating the efforts alongside a team of application engineers to deliver cost estimates and quotes for our custom engineered solutions.
You will report directly to our **Engineering Manager,** and you’ll work out of our **Muncie, IN** or **Houston, TX** locations on a **Hybrid** work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Creating cost estimates and proposals to our clients.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document customer needs and document potential scope of deliverables.
+ Deliverable requested quotes within expected deliverable timeframes.
+ Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations when quoting.
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.

YOU MUST HAVE
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
+ Minimum of 5 years in application engineering or a similar role.
+ Strong knowledge of combustion products and solutions.
+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
