    **Job Purpose or Objective(s):** You will deliver New Hire Orientation and basic training. You will report to the Training Manager.

     

    Schedule: Mon - Fri, Day Shift

     

    Salary Range: 55-60k

    Primary Tasks:

    + You will acquire a knowledge of New Hire Orientation content to promote the Choctaw Nation's purpose and vision

    + Prepare changes to New Hire Orientation and entry level courses based on class evaluations and partner feedback.

    + Collaborate with partners to coordinate training.

    + Track and compile data (enrollment, pre and post test scores, attendance, training materials) for New Hire Orientation and other training as assigned.

    + You will use classroom strategies and provided technologies to engage participants.

    + Copy and distribute training aids such as instructional materials, evaluation forms, and visual aids.

    + Set-up and use A/V equipment.

    + Evaluate participants during trainings and provide feedback.

    + Support classroom, virtual, and field trainings.

    + Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.

    Requirements:

    + Associate degree in business, education, or in job-related field or 2 years related experience.

    + Organizational and interpersonal skills.

    + Intermediate public speaking skills with the ability to capture the attention and engage with small and large audiences

    + Intermediate Computer competence, including Microsoft Office and the ability to set-up and use multi-media equipment.

    + Awareness of training and adult learning styles

    + One (1) year presenting and coordinating experience focused on adult audiences
