    Job Description

    A large chemical manufacturing company that is a pioneer in the agricultural industry is hiring a Manager of Revenue Process and Controls. This position will lead accounting operations with a focus on ASC 606 compliance and cross-functional collaboration. This hybrid role (Tues–Thurs in-office) involves interpreting legal agreements, managing revenue recognition, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong systems skills (SAP S4 Hana, Salesforce), a curious mindset, and the ability to work across departments like Sales, Legal, and Supply Chain.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

    • 8 Years of experience in accounting role including some (3 years) of management and cross-functional project work

    • ASC 606 Expertise – implemented, audited, and worked with it

     

    Strong Systems Skills – Excel, PowerPoint, SAP (S4 Hana), Salesforce • CPA certification and manufacturing industry experience are preferred but not required

     

    • Big 4 Experience

    • Public Accounting or Internal Audit Background
