    Job Description

    The Sr. Product Analyst helps manage products and feature for the Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises consumer sites. This role collaborates and assists Product Owners and Product Managers through the product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery and potential optimizations. It is responsible of understanding current business practices and works collaboratively with internal and external business partners including vendors to identify business or system opportunities.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 4+ years of experience within an analytical role or 1+ year of product related role

    • Strong experience with a CMS platform- AEM preferred.

    • Experience supporting teams from an analytical perspective; communicating with stakeholders, gathering business requirements, developing product specs product road map development, sprint planning

    • Strong presentation skills; experience presenting decks, putting together PowerPoints, and conducting stand up meetings

    • Experience with agile software development processes, requirements management, and project management

     

    Experience collaborating across different workstreams, and leading communication and negotiation efforts
