• Hardware Test Engineer

    Job Description

    • Analyze product specifications, system requirements and CONOPs in the development of test evaluation plans and procedures.

    • Support the development of Test & Evaluation Master Plan and Test Readiness Assessments.

    • Perform data collection and analysis and report status and results.

    • Work alongside operations team to manufacture custom radio products in support of customer deliveries.

    • Contribute to process improvement by identifying and communicating problems to root cause.

    • Collaborate across both operations and engineering teams to accomplish tasks.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Python programming language experience.

    • Experience with black box and automation test methods.

    • Ability to follow detailed work instructions and test procedures.

    • Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years of related experience is required, or equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience.

    • Ability to use Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Experience with and knowledge of RF theory.

    • Electronics Troubleshooting Experience.

    • Ability to read and understand engineering schematics.

    • Advanced attention to detail.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
