Job Description
Prepares, stages, sets up, and performs startups and shutdowns (e.g., racks, hard drives, switches) according to specific instructions provided via checklists, guides, and standard protocols.
Applies advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise to quickly identify the cause(s) of issues.
Decommissions hardware for complex changes and/or systems with complex interactions (e.g., upgrading entire racks) following standard procedures.
Provide direction and guidance to technicians.
Partner with client on project timelines and deliverables.
Provide feedback and coaching sessions to technician related to performance.
Target Pay: $25-27/HR
The shift for this role is Monday-Friday 7A-4P.

Skills and Requirements
2-4+ years’ experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
Leadership or Supervisor experience
Flexibility to work non-standard business hours that may include weekends and/or holidays.
