Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a resource to support one of our top Steel Manufacturing clients out of our Indianapolis office. Our client is seeking a full-time Occupational Health Nurse to manage employee health and injury care across multiple metals recycling facilities in central Indiana. This role involves on-site treatment, case management, medical surveillance, wellness initiatives, and regulatory training, with frequent travel and after-hours on-call responsibilities. Ideal candidates will have an active RN license, clinical experience, and knowledge of occupational health regulations, with preference given to those with certifications and experience in industrial or emergency nursing environments.

Skills and Requirements
• Active RN license in the state of Indiana
• 2+ years of hospital or clinic nursing experience
• Excellent assessment skills in a clinical setting
• Phlebotomy
• Ability to Travel to Corporate meetings, trainings, and conferences throughout the state of Indiana. • Experience working in an emergency room or occupational nursing.
• Self-starter experience, any example of starting something up at work or in personal life.
