Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Data Gathering & Reporting:

• Collect operational data and create structured reports.

• Build a one-time, comprehensive Excel-based system for drydock operations.

• Use tools such as Jira for tracking tasks, issues, and possibly integrating reporting workflows.

• Scheduling:

• Manage resource allocation and timelines.

• Coordinate with PMs to ensure alignment.

• Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with program managers and stakeholders.

Translate requirements into actionable schedules and reports.

Skills and Requirements

• Excel Expertise: Advanced formulas, pivot tables, possibly macros or Power Query.

• Scheduling Knowledge: Resource planning and logistics.

Strong Organizational & Communication Skills.
