Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technical Program Manager for RL softgoods including MR, AR, and/or new devices

• End-to-end coordination of softgoods engineering, design, and validation from product

discovery through launch

• Lead collaboration with industrial design, engineering, creative, legal, product

management, compliance and operations to realize the product vision

• Guide the team through ambiguous requirements definition, sourcing cross-functional

inputs and influencing to find an optimized solution

• Drive the execution of the schedule and manage day to day activities of the program

• Present program updates to leadership, distilling key program information and

highlighting risks and recommended mitigations

• Implement process improvements and best practices for the organization

• Collaborate closely with APAC suppliers for builds

• ~10% international and domestic travel

Skills and Requirements

BS in engineering or equivalent industry experience

• 3+ years of hands-on program management experience

• Demonstrated proficiency in consumer electronics design cycles

• Experience working with contract manufacturers and softgoods suppliers
