Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Senior HR Director for a permanent, direct-hire opportunity that sits hybrid in Roanoke, TX. This Director will be responsible for creating and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and enhancing employee engagement. The Director will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. By leveraging data-driven insights, this role will drive initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and productivity. Ultimately, the Director of Human Resources will contribute to the overall success of the organization by building a strong, capable, and motivated workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract high-quality candidates.
• Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.

Skills and Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in a human resources leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations. · Master's degree in Human Resources or an MBA.
• Experience in the retail industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
