    Job Skills / Requirements

     

    Schedule: Monday-Friday 0630-1430

     

    + Customer service skills and Kastle System knowledge highly preferred.

    + Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring only authorized personnel, tenants, and visitors are admitted.

    + Provide professional front-desk security and concierge-style customer service to tenants, guests, and vendors.

    + Conduct regular foot patrols of interior and exterior areas to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and security of the property.

    + Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, following established post orders and escalation procedures.

    + Enforce building policies, tenant rules, and code of conduct with professionalism and discretion.

    + Observe and report safety hazards, maintenance issues, and suspicious activity to building management and security supervisors.

    + Maintain accurate daily activity logs, incident reports, and visitor/vendor records.

    + Assist with access control systems, surveillance monitoring, and emergency communication protocols.

    + Provide directions, information, and assistance to tenants and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

    + Support building evacuation, fire safety, and emergency response drills as required.

    + Collaborate with property management, law enforcement, and emergency personnel as necessary.

    + Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with Class A building standards.

    + Other job duties may be assigned.

     

    Education Requirements (All)

     

    High School Diploma or GED

     

    Certification Requirements (All)

     

    Drivers License Level 2 Security License
