The role you'll contribute:
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for implementing, measuring, and leading designated supply chain processes associated with logistics in the facility. Logistics includes the functions of receiving, distribution, and inventory management. The Manager will lead a team of staff members and have overall responsibility for their assigned functions This position plays a key role in fostering supply chain's customer service image within the facility.
The value you'll bring to the team:
Participates in product conversions in conjunction with leadership, communicating to the team and clinicians and ensuring product conversions related to inventory and par areas are completed timely in the materials system, updating pars, labels, and order sheets as needed.
Conducts regular rounding with customers, building relationships, and ensuring customer service excellence.
Other duties as assigned.
Manages designated day-to-day supply chain activities related to receiving, inventory management, and distribution, implementing improvement plans as identified through observation and/or data.
Implements internal controls and reporting to track and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, processes, and contracts related to assigned responsibilities.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed** **:
Associate's degree
2 years of experience healthcare supply chain
