    Job Overview

     

    Inventory & Pricing Coordinator

     

    Reports To: Back-End Manager

    Core Duties

    Intake & Data Entry

     

    Check in items as they arrive.

     

    Enter brand, model, condition, MSRP, and cost into Shopify.

     

    Upload at least 1–2 photos per product.

     

    Pricing & Barcoding

     

    Use company pricing formula

     

    Print barcode tags and apply to products immediately.

     

    Double-check prices for accuracy before items hit sales floor.

     

    Inventory Accuracy

     

    Audit Shopify weekly for missing items or wrong prices.

     

    Delete or update items once sold.

     

    Work with warehouse staff to maintain staging areas.

     

    Collaboration

     

    Work with sales staff to provide accurate product info.

     

    Coordinate with Back-End Manager on manifests, markdowns, and floor prep.

     

    Flag damaged/missing items for management review.

    Tools & Skills Required

    Shopify (daily use).

     

    Excel (data entry, reporting, pricing).

     

    Barcode printer & scanner.

     

    Attention to detail.

     

    Organizational skills.

     

    • Success in this role looks like:

     

    Every item priced, tagged, and in Shopify before hitting sales floor.

     

    Zero pricing errors on barcodes.

     

    Daily intake completed same-day with no backlog.

     

    Inventory in Shopify matches what’s on the sales floor and in the warehouse.
