    Pelvic Health Occupational Therapist

     

    Part-time or Full-time | In-person | Dubuque, IA

     

    Nurtiva Pelvic Therapy** is a cash-based clinic where patients receive unhurried, one-on-one, 60-minute sessions. We’re hiring a **Pelvic Health Occupational Therapist** who values a slower pace, whole-person care, and deep relationship-building. **Training and mentorship provided. New grads strongly encouraged to apply.

    What You’ll Do

    + Evaluate and treat pelvic health conditions across the lifespan (pregnancy/postpartum, core/pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic pain, bowel/bladder concerns, prolapse, return to intimacy/ADLs)

    + Provide **hands-on interventions** (soft tissue/visceral techniques as trained), self-management skills, pacing, and functional retraining for meaningful roles & routines

    + **See women primarily** and demonstrate willingness to treat **male pelvic cases** as competency grows

    + Partner with PTs and shockwave specialists to coordinate plans of care

    + Help **build caseload** via patient education, outcomes, and light community outreach (talks/workshops, referral relationships, Google reviews)

    + Complete accurate, timely documentation in our EMR

    Qualifications

    + **OTR/L** and **Iowa OT license (or eligibility)** — Required

    + Pelvic health experience **preferred** , but **mentorship is available**
