    As Change Management Consultant, you will report to the Sr. Manager Change Management. Your main responsibilities will be to implement organizational change initiatives that enable Digital Supply & Procurement (DS&P)’s product portfolio to achieve greater performance, and ensure their awareness, knowledge, adoption, engagement, and value realization by key stakeholders. As part of an organizational change management (OCM) team, you will develop and govern strategic OCM deliverables and provide change management counsel to internal groups, all while meeting anticipated goals and deadlines. Likewise, as part of a larger Human Resources team, you will directly contribute to the People strategy which includes driving change through the development of a growth mindset and adoption and utilization of technology to generate efficiencies, data-driven insights, and a deeper understanding of customers and stakeholders’ needs.

    What You Will Do:

    Serve as the OCM lead for key priority products that support supply planning in the DS&P portfolio, including Network Planning & Execution. Your efforts including change assessment, communication, training, user experience, and governance will add value and support building a sustainable supply network.

     

    + Following a dept communications strategy and plan, craft clear, concise, and consistent messaging for a targeted audience, and execute through appropriate channels, including, but not limited to SharePoint, Viva Engage, newsletters, email, and in tool messaging.

    + Following a dept training strategy and plan, design training materials and execute through the appropriate modalities, including, but not limited to Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), videos, in-app support, super users, etc.

    + Govern stakeholder identification to ensure accuracy and inclusion while managing through required dormancy audits

    + Assess needed behavior changes through periodic stakeholder assessments and/or change impact assessments as needed

    + Develop and execute change measurement strategy

    + Coordinate with team members to execute on time and defect-free activities that build awareness, adoption and utilization of tools

    + Govern pieces of the user experience including, but not limited to in tool email notifications, FAQ docs, etc. and utilize this voice of customer to recommend enhancements and overall improvements to the tools as part of the broader change initiative

    + Collect customer feedback and generate value realization deliverables using tools including Microsoft Forms surveys and/or Microsoft Teams polls as needed; prepare and share findings with recommended action plan

    + Manage and attend relevant cadence of meetings to align deadlines in accordance with product roadmaps

    + Recommend areas for OCM continuous improvement.

    + Work directly with a wide range of team members, and/or suppliers, including presenting recommendations to leaders.

    + Actively participate and contribute to the Caterpillar change management community of practice group and SPPD Communication Council

    + Leverage resources and events available through team membership in the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP)

    Education Requirement:

    Associates degree required.

    Top Candidates Will Also Have:

    + **Direct Change Management Experience** : Proven ability to lead and implement change initiatives across teams or departments.

    + **Analytical Thinking** : Strong skills in data interpretation, problem-solving, and decision-making using quantitative and qualitative insights.

    + **Supply Chain Knowledge** : Understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and supplier management.

    **Work Location:** On-site, 5 days a week in Mossville, IL

    Summary Pay Range:

    $110,520.00 - $165,840.00

     

    Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
