• Procurement Financial Analyst

    Position Overview

    As a Procurement Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our core accounting operations, reporting directly to the General Accounting Manager. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to both day-to-day financial tasks and key month-end close activities within our fast-paced Accounting Center.

     

    You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including our strategic partners, to help ensure accurate reporting and strong financial controls.     Responsibilities

    + Support the Procurement Organization, with a primary focus on month-end close activities

    + Prepare and post monthly journal entries and perform related account reconciliations

    + Analyze material price variances from manufacturing locations and identify key drivers

    + Monitor standard material cost data using Microsoft Excel and Access

    + Prepare monthly reports related to supplier payments and procurement performance

    + Document and/or review accounting procedures to ensure consistency and compliance

    + Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests from internal stakeholders

    + Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Accounting Center

    + Perform other accounting duties as assigned

    Minimum Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

    + At least 1 year of accounting experience

    OR

    + Bachelor’s degree and CPA

    + At least 1 year of accounting experience

    OR

    + Master’s degree in Accounting

    OR

    + Master’s degree and CPA

    + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across functions
