The IT Support Technician Internship will be responsible for:

+ End user support of computer workstations and associated peripherals; this may include diagnosis and troubleshooting of all organizational software, hardware and mobile devices

+ Uphold our commitment to customer service excellence, acting as an ambassador of the department in a professional manner

+ Inventory management via approved software and technology

+ Respond to requests for technical assistance, providing first level technical support and timely resolution or escalation

+ Respond to all email, phone calls and service assignments in a timely manner

+ Maintain records in ticket management system

Available Locations Include:

+ Overlook Medical Center, Summit, NJ

+ Morristown Medical Center, Morristown, NJ

+ Chilton Medical Center, Chilton, NJ

+ Applicants must be currently enrolled in a full-time accredited undergraduate or graduate program at a public or private College/University, and be in good academic standing at their institution

+ Must be committed to completing the duration of the internship from June 2026 - August 2026

+ Work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Enrolled in coursework related to Information Technology, Information Management, or related disciplines

+ Excellent computer/software troubleshooting and diagnosing skills

+ Ability to display excellent customer service delivery with strong soft skills & provide great customer experiences
