Summary of the Job:
This role provides part-time support for the facility systems team, focusing on user assistance and training, data entry,
drawing updates, and reporting. This role helps maintain accurate facility data, generates standard reports, and helps
users navigate system tools. Work is performed with the guidance of senior team members in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
About This Role:
Key Accountabilities:
1. System Support & User Assistance: Support users of facility systems by providing basic technical help, maintaining
data accuracy, and assisting with user training. Work is guided by senior team members and follows established
procedures.
• Provide basic technical support for users of assigned systems and applications, including user access and
troubleshooting
• Contribute ideas to project planning discussions and assist with projects under the direction of senior
team members or management
• Coordinate and deliver training on system usage and updates, including the creation of training
documentation to support staff learning
• Maintain occupancy data in Archibus and communicate directly with staff about changes when needed
• Assist with testing for system upgrades and enhancements
2. Facilities Data & Drawing Support: Assist with facility drawing updates and data entry using AutoCAD, Revit, and
Archibus. Ensure updates follow FNBO standards and are reviewed by a senior staff member.
• Perform routine facility drawing updates using AutoCAD and Revit
• Follow FNBO standards for drawing integration, room numbering, and space polylining
• Update facility data in Archibus as directed
• Check for Autodesk software updates and coordinate with IT for installation
3. Reporting & Documentation Support: Support documentation and report development to enhance data
accessibility and performance tracking under supervision.
• Maintain and update reports using existing report structures and data elements
• Assist in creating ad hoc reports with guidance from senior team members
• Support report scheduling and distribution using SAP BusinessObjects BI 4.3
• Maintain and update procedural documentation to ensure accuracy
4. Compliance & Professional Conduct: Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, and regulations, as applicable
to job duties. Follow internal policies and procedures, complete required training, and maintain professional
behavior in all interactions.
• Complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls, as required · Report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations · Complete special projects assigned within allotted time frames · Be accountable for continuous best efforts to complete the job assigned · Be proactive and respectful in all relationships and exercise a willingness to be a resource to colleagues · Practice FNBO values and support goals and strategic plans
The Ideal Candidate for This Role:
Required:
• 1+ years of experience in technical support, data entry, or training
• Experience using Microsoft Office 365 tools (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Teams)
• Ability to provide technical support and assist users in resolving application issues
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer service orientation
• Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver training to large groups and create user-friendly
documentation
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
Desired:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management, Architecture, or a related field
• Familiarity with facility management systems or practices
• Experience with Archibus, SAP BusinessObjects, AutoCAD, and/or Revit
• Ability to write basic SQL queries
• Ability to leverage AI tools and utilize prompting techniques to enhance problem-solving and streamline
project workflows
Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
Compensation:
Compensation range (base pay): $46,679.00-$77,020.00
_This role may have a specific starting pay within this range._
Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
Work Environment:
It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week. As part of our team, you'll experience the energy and relationship-building of face-to-face collaboration while still enjoying the flexibility of remote workdays. We provide the tools and technology to ensure seamless transitions between work environments, supporting your productivity wherever you are. Please note that work location is subject to change based on business needs.
