What you'll do...
As a Senior Analyst for Immigration/I-9, you will be responsible for responding to I-9 and E-Verify-related questions, monitoring laws and regulations for specified areas, analyzing and executing data and regular contact with field HR. You will play a critical role in ensuring that the organization adheres to legal requirements and maintains accurate records related to employment eligibility verification. You will be drafting and updating policies and standard operating procedures with input from leadership.

+ Overseeing and managing compliance with employment eligibility verification processes.
+ Reviewing and validating documents submitted by employees during the hiring process and ensuring that these documents meet legal requirements.
+ Facilitating live training.
+ Ensuring timely and accurate I-9 and E-Verify case submission execution.
+ Conducting regular internal audits to identify any discrepancies or non-compliance issues related to Form I-9.
+ Collaborating with HR and legal teams to address any issues.
+ Providing live training and guidance to HR staff, managers, and employees on I-9 completion, compliance, and related matters.
+ Staying informed about changes in immigration laws and regulations related to employment eligibility verification.

+ You have experience handling employee documentation and information.
+ You have a background in Human Resources.
+ You are familiar with immigration laws and regulations related to employment eligibility verification.
+ You have experience with E-Verify and/or employment verification systems.
+ You are well spoken and have strong public speaking skills.
+ You consider yourself outgoing while also maintaining a professional mannerism.
+ You are proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
+ You have experience conducting customer research and data analysis.
+ You are able to learn new systems quickly.
What you'll bring…
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, HR, or related area.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
