Overview
2nd Shift- 2:30PM-11:00PM, Mon-Fri + every 3rd weekend
This position performs various repair and preventative maintenance tasks under general supervision. Has knowledge in a field of specialization in the skilled trades categories or is a well rounded generalist. This position will work rotating weekends and holidays. Must utilize good communication and customer relation skills.

Responsibilities
+ Under general supervision installs, repairs, and performs preventative maintenance on a wide variety of mechanical systems, electrical equipment or systems, or plumbing systems.
+ Assist with snow removal.
Qualifications
Education:
+ High school graduate or GED equivalent.
+ Diploma or certificate from a two year technical school, junior college, or recognized equivalent in an area of specialization such as HVAC, electrical, electronics, or mechanical equipment, technology, or other applicable skilled trade preferred.
Experience:
+ 1 + years working in the maintenance and/or repair field.
+ 1+ years working in the healthcare maintenance field preferred.
License(s)/Certification(s):
+ Valid driver’s license.
