Pay Rate:

_The pay rate for this job is $17 - $20 / hour*_

What you'll be doing as a Bilingual Recruiter:

+ Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers and Workers

+ Navigate multiple operating systems

+ Proactively recruit new applicants

+ Process payroll in a timely manner

+ Promote a culture of safety by always keeping safety and compliance top of mind

+ Perform additional responsibilities as required

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening)

Job requirements:

+ High school diploma or equivalent required

+ Must be bilingual in Spanish

+ Customer service experience

+ Possess effective people skills with the ability to relate to management and employees

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and multi-task effectively

+ Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office

+ Must have access to reliable transportation

+ Background check and drug screening required
