Full‑Time | Mon-Fri 8am-5pm ( 4 10's)
Novant Health Carolina Family Practice and Sports Medicine is a 14-provider medical practice, now with three triangle locations. The core service of CFPSM is to provide high quality primary care to infants, children, and adults in Wake County. We pride ourselves in providing comprehensive acute, chronic, and preventive care to patients of all ages. Our sports medicine care targets athletes of all ages and skill levels, from professional athletes to weekend warriors

Responsibilities
+ Manage intake calls through the Concussion Hotline and provide follow-up as needed
+ Support clinic operations, cross-trained to administer immunizations and perform EKGs
+ Room patients and prepare them for provider visits
+ Assist with sports medicine visits and related patient care
Qualifications
+ Education:
+ 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate from an accredited athletic training program.
+ Graduate Degree, preferred.
+ Experience: 2 years preferred.
+ Licensure/Certification:
+ Current AT licensure in appropriate state with the ability to acquire additional state licenses as required.
+ Successfully pass NATA BOC exam, required.
+ AHA BLS First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification, required.
+ Hold or ability to hold CSCS, PES, CES certification(s), preferred.
+ Additional Skills (required): Excellent Customer Service, Written and Oral Communication, basic computer application skills, and ability to multitask.
