    SALARY: $17.20

    **Job responsibilities:** This position is responsible for keeping assigned areas in a clean and orderly condition.

    Essential functions:

    + Maintain and preserve all flooring and/ or covering by scrubbing, stripping, waxing, buffing and sweeping

    + Collect and dispose of all trash, litter and other debris

    + Mix and use basic cleaning compounds, waxes and disinfectants

    + Supervise assigned students while completing center work support tasks

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    + Experience with cleaning compounds, waxes, polishes, disinfectants, etc. and their proper application

    + Previous experience in dishwashing or as a custodian preferred.

    + Valid UT food handler's permit required by state law

    + Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

    + Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, unless waived by management
