    Job Description:

    The Accounts Receivable Clerk II is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of incoming payments across all lines of business. Key duties include:

     

    + Balancing, editing, and posting payment information to customer accounts and invoices.

    + Verifying and posting receipts in compliance with company policies and procedures.

    + Processing Education and Retail Returns, Credit/Debit Adjustments, Transfers, and Refunds to customer accounts.

    + Maintaining accuracy and timeliness in all AR transactions.

    + Supporting PCI compliance and adhering to all security guidelines.

    + Providing backup support to other areas as needed.

    + Performing other duties as assigned, including overtime when required.

    Qualifications

    + Consistent record of average or above-average attendance and performance.

    + Strong accounting background or excellent mathematical skills.

    + Proficient in alpha and numeric keyboarding with high accuracy and speed.

    + Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

    + Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

    + High attention to detail and ability to work independently.

    + Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word preferred.

    + Commitment to maintaining PCI compliance and data security.
