Job Description:

+ The Warehouse/Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for production support and overseeing inventory control and warehouse operations.

+ Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Overtime Required).

+ This includes inspection, receiving, shipping, cycle counting, and kitting of materials.

+ The role ensures accurate documentation, safe handling of products, and compliance with operational procedures.

Responsibilities:

+ Receive materials, ensuring quality and accuracy against purchase orders, specifications, and prints.

+ Process customer orders for delivery: pull, pack, and prepare finished goods for shipment.

+ Perform labeling, serialization, and quality inspection checks on finished products.

+ Ensure products are securely packed to prevent damage during delivery.

+ Prepare packing lists, certificates, and other required documentation.

+ Conduct regular cycle counts and year-end inventory tasks.

+ Accurately enter inventory, receiving, and shipping data into the system.

+ Kit materials for production and verify order accuracy.

+ Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport materials.

+ Organize warehouse space for efficient storage and accessibility.

+ Propose improvements to operations, methods, and procedures.

+ Perform other related warehouse and inventory tasks as needed.

Experience:

+ 3+ years of warehouse and forklift operation experience.

+ Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, materials management, or purchasing.

Skills:

+ Knowledge of SAP transactions and reports related to shipping functions.

+ Strong inventory control knowledge, including daily cycle counts.

+ Ability to analyze trends, identify root causes of inventory issues, and suggest corrective actions.

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

Education:

+ High School diploma or GED required.
