Our client is hiring multiple Machine Operators for our expanding team! We have immediate openings on all shifts. Come work in a dynamic manufacturing environment where your skills will make a difference.

The Recut Saw Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining metal-cutting saws to cut extrusions to specified dimensions. This role ensures precision, safety, and efficiency in the cutting process, supporting production schedules and quality standards.

_Franklin, NH_

_Full-Time | Direct Hire_

_Pay Rate: $23 or above based on experience, Shift differentials (10% for 2nd shift, 15% for 3rd Shift)_

_2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm (Monday-Friday) or 3pm-1am (Monday-Thursday)_

_3rd Shift: 11pm-7am (Monday-Friday)_

Key Responsibilities

+ Operate METL saws (semi-automatic or CNC-controlled) to cut metal extrusions to required lengths and specifications

+ Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules

+ Measure and mark materials for cutting using precision measuring tools (lineal measuring table, tape measures)

+ Set up saws, adjust blade speeds, and change blades as needed

+ Inspect finished cuts for accuracy and quality; make adjustments as necessary

+ Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of saw equipment

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and 5S standards

+ Record production data and report any discrepancies or equipment issues

+ Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or GED required

+ 1+ years of experience operating industrial saws or similar machinery preferred

+ Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments accurately

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Basic math and mechanical skills

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

+ Forklift certification is a plus

Work Environment

+ Manufacturing floor with exposure to noise, metal shavings, and moving machinery

+ Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required
