LABORATORY TECHNICIAN

6 AM to 6PM (or similar) Rotating Shifts Required

4 Days on and 4 Days Off

(MUST BE LOCAL TO BAYTOWN AREA)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lab Technician to perform sample processing in one of the following groups:

Physical testing, analytical, or GC.

The candidate should have academic or professional experience in the following methods:

API gravity, Water Distillations, Acidity, ASTM methods, Flash Room, Distillation Post, Pour Post, AKV Post, Dewax Post

REQUIREMENTS

-Must have an B.S, Biology or Chemistry, or related equivalent related lab experience. Will consider A.A.S. with experience as well.

- **Must be willing to work rotating shifts 6a-6p/6p-6a with 4 days on/off in a refinery environment**

-Must be resilient and able to work a rotating shift.

-Must be able to work in a fast environment.

-Must have solid understanding of laboratory operations
