    Job Description

    Rapid Aftercare Stabilization Service (RASS) offers in home support to the following:

    Children and families who recently and/or frequently have utilized the emergency department and/or crisis services for a mental health crisis.

     

    Children and families deemed in frequent crisis by their outpatient mental health providers, who have been maintaining in the home but could utilize support to not reach the level of care needed for the hospital or crisis services.

     

    Children transitioning home from residential services.

     

    Must have experience with children and families, be willing to train with crisis services to obtain your MHRT/CSP, be comfortable safety planning and treatment planning. You will work with the families in their homes on remaining safe in the home, coping strategies, parenting skills, connecting to resources, etc. You would have a caseload of children who are deemed clinical and would be expected to make your own hours with the families you serve.

     

    *Not a typical 8-5pm schedule.*

     

    CHCS believes in the importance of work-life balance, we offer generous leave time with paid sick & vacation time plus seven paid holidays and five paid float holiday time to our full-time staff and pro-rated time for part-time staff.
