Position Summary:
At OfCorsica, the General Manager is a passionate
and visionary leader who drives operational excellence and exceptional
hospitality in a fine dining environment. As the hands-on leader of the
restaurant, the GM is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the
restaurant’s operations, ensuring that every guest experience is memorable,
service is flawless, and the brand’s Mediterranean-inspired concept is
consistently upheld. The General Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the
restaurant’s culture, collaborating closely with the Executive Chef to deliver
a seamless and elevated dining experience, while also leading and developing
the front-of-house team. With a focus on financial performance, team
development, and guest satisfaction, the General Manager ensures that OfCorsica
P57 is not just a place to dine, but a destination that redefines luxury
hospitality in the fine dining space.
Tasks/Responsibilities:

Leading
the front-of-house operations with an unwavering commitment to exceptional
hospitality, ensuring a seamless and elevated dining experience for every
guest. ●
Developing
and executing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for every aspect of the
restaurant’s operations, from guest service protocols to daily operational
workflows, ensuring consistency and excellence across all shifts. ●
Training,
mentoring, and developing a high-performance team, fostering a culture of
professionalism, attention to detail, and luxury service. Establishing ongoing
training programs to ensure the team stays updated on service techniques, food
knowledge, and the restaurant’s standards. ●
Collaborating
closely with the Executive Chef to create a seamless front-of-house and
back-of-house operation, ensuring that the restaurant's culinary offerings
align with its Mediterranean-inspired concept and the service standards we
uphold. ●
Driving
financial performance, overseeing P&L management, budget creation, and cost
control measures. Monitoring key financial indicators to optimize labor costs,
food and beverage inventory, and waste management while maintaining the
restaurant’s high-quality standards. ●
Implementing
and refining systems to monitor and improve operational efficiency, from
reservation management to guest feedback analysis, ensuring the highest
standards of service and profitability. ●
Ensuring
adherence to the highest industry standards in food safety, alcohol service,
and hospitality regulations, and developing SOPs that ensure compliance across
all operational areas. ●
Building
strong relationships with local vendors, suppliers, and community partners,
driving business growth, and elevating the restaurant's reputation as a fine
dining leader. ●
Fostering
an atmosphere of continuous improvement, constantly identifying opportunities
to refine and optimize every facet of the guest experience, from menu design to
service flow. **Qualifications**
●
Proven experience (3+ years) in a senior management
role in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment.
●
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to
manage and inspire large teams.
●
Strong financial acumen: Proficiency in P&L
management, cost control, budgeting, and analyzing financial statements.
●
Expert understanding of fine dining service
standards, with a focus on creating memorable, luxury experiences for guests.
●
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to engage with both staff and high-profile guests.
●
Proven track record in driving marketing strategies,
partnerships, and events to build brand awareness and generate buzz.
●
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work
closely with the Executive Chef and other key stakeholders.
