FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $42.41 - $63.62 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This is a mainly work-from home position but some regional travel may be required.

Summary:Manages complex information technology projects for assigned infrastructure, functions or customers.

Responsibilities:

+ Create and execute project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

+ Manage project scope and day-to-day operational aspects and report scope changes appropriately.

+ Lead the project team in discussion and documentation of lessons learned in the form of the project retrospective.

+ Utilize project management methods and tools in order to ensure milestones and project delivery are on time.

+ Communicates project plans to customers, project team members and department leads to ensure clear understanding of project scope and project metrics

+ Works with department leads to develop project staffing plans and ensure key personnel and resources are identified early in the project planning process and are available for project execution

+ Actively drives and manages projects and project teams to ensure we are delivering expected outcomes and meeting or exceeding key project metrics

+ Ability to lead and direct cross-functional teams to include Epic, Clinical Engineering, Revenue Cycle, Operations, and outside contractors

+ Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

+ High School diploma or GED.

+ 1 year of relevant experience.

Preferred:

+ Bachelor's degree.
