    Bennett Aerospace Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, isseeking anEngineer – PM MAS Ammunition Programsto provide technical support to the Program Manager for Maneuver Ammunition Systems (PM MAS). The Engineer will participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), reviews, test events, and acquisition documentation efforts for 40mm and Small Caliber ammunition programs. This role involves hands-on support of research, development, test, evaluation, and production transition activities.

    Position Responsibilities

    + Support 40mm ammunition development programs, including training rounds, airburst, dual-purpose, and fuze improvement initiatives.

    + Participate in IPTs, In-Process Reviews, technical meetings, and Test & Evaluation Working IPTs.

    + Support Small Caliber ammunition efforts, including Next Generation Squad Weapon (NGSW) and modernization initiatives.

    + Plan and coordinate IPT meetings, prepare and distribute agendas, present overviews, publish minutes, and track action items.

    + Assist in developing acquisition documentation (Market Surveys, SOWs, IGEs, Acquisition Strategies, etc.).

    + Attend and support test events, facility reviews, and production readiness activities.

    + Provide input on industrial base issues such as capacity, readiness, and risk mitigation.

    + Develop and maintain briefing packages and reports for leadership.

    Position Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Systems, or related field).

    + Experience with RDT&E, production support, or ammunition programs (preferred DoD experience).

    + Knowledge of Army acquisition processes and ammunition systems highly desirable.

    + Strong organizational, technical writing, and communication skills.

    + Ability to support both technical reviews and program management activities.

    The salary range for this position is $** **95,000 -$130,000
